Our Master of Science in National Security Intelligence Analysis (NSIA) prepares you join the workforce of intelligence professionals addressing threats. Government, private-sector, and not-for-profit employers require employees who have subject-matter knowledge, critical thinking skills, qualitative and quantitative (data science) methodologies they can apply to challenging domestic and international security problems. The NSIA program gives you the skills you need to serve as an intelligence analyst. You can complete your degree online in as little as one year.

  • Students gain a deep conceptual understanding of the intelligence process, current national security issues, strategies and policies of the United States and foreign countries.

The Center for Cybersecurity Leadership, Education, and Outreach (CCLEO) at the-University of New Hampshire is designated a Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education (CAE-CDE) by the U.S. National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security. The UNH Center of Academic Excellence designation allows the NSIA program to leverage programs and outreach offered by the NSA and DHS.
