Here at James Hall is where UNH’s commitment to sustainability is in the blueprint — literally. We are proud of James Hall because it’s the first building at UNH to earn Gold Certification for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, or more commonly, LEED, the gold standard for green, energy efficient building design. You can even track the building’s energy usage live on the real-time tracker located in the lobby. We are one of the top-10 most sustainable campuses in the country because we believe that every detail is an opportunity to do better for the planet we share.
Why is UNH a leader in campus sustainability? Our buildings are green, energy-efficient machines. Our professors are world-class climate researchers. Our students are powerful changemakers. Here is where you power up.
